DELTA ROCKWELL 15 DRILL PRESS  15-090 SP UPRIGHT DRILLING MACHINE 1/2" Cast Iron 3/8" Steel with M42 Cobalt annular cutter 7-1/2" Swing TOP BENCH. 38H X 13W X 26D Plate is 12" x 11".Made in Canada.  It does have some surface rust from storage but it is in excellent working condition and it comes as shown in pictures.
